Mini game on computer

In almost every office computers you can easily find many small games such as Dynomite, FeedingFrenzy, Lines, etc. These are called mini games, as they are easy to play and don’t take much time to finish the whole game. Therefore, they are preferred much by Vietnamese white-collar workers, who usually don’t have much task to do in their work time. Considering the game play, i.e. the way the game is played, there are three types of mini game: card, action and puzzle.
Card games, as named, are games in which playing cards are used. There are a great variety of card games, including those are played in casino; or such traditional types as the Poker or the Bridge. Some games even help you to play mahjong, a Chinese game played with small pieces of wood with symbols on them. The noticeable feature of this kind of game is that it is none of complexity, i.e. it is fairly easy to play, as long as you catch the rule. These games don’t require any further skills like intelligence or cleverness. These features, however, make this kind of game less inviting. Only those who are extremely keen on card game have a fancy for this type. Action games are somehow more challenging. This type consists of such games as car racing, aircraft shooting and many other games in which you have to move your mouse quickly and constantly. Thus, these games require a great deal of quickness and accuracy, rather than just follow the rule as in the card games. Action game is a good way for people to practice and improve their “mouse-using” skill, since none of these games use keyboard as a controller. Good examples of this kind are Feeding Frenzy, Eggs Sucker, Air Strike, etc. Action games are the most preferable game of white-collar workers, as they have to make an effort in order to have the game finished.
Puzzle games, on the other hand, are both challenging and time-consuming. This kind of game makes your brain work, for you have to think about it carefully in order to answer or do it. Players are expected to have certain considerable knowledge to be qualified for certain games like crossword, or sudoku; the latter also requires a logical mind, as you have to deal with many digits. One another common example of puzzle is the jigsaw. In this game, you have to fit the different-in-shape pieces, which are cut from a picture printed on cardboard, together again. The more pieces are cut, the more complex and difficult the jigsaw is. Usually, there are up to 250 pieces for a jigsaw puzzle, and it often takes about 2 hours to complete. Since this kind of game has too much requirement, it’s not very favored.
These are three types of mini games you can consider to install to your own computer. If you like card playing and play game merely to relax, choose the card category; If you want something a little bit more challenging, try the action one. Finally, if you have time and want to strengthen your mind, puzzle is the best choice.
